If you have purchased your ticket within the last 7 days, we can issue you a refund for your
ticket but are unable to refund transaction fees. For change-of-mind
refunds please contact us using the form here. No change-of-mind refund requests will be considered if they are received within 5 days of the event.
If your event has been cancelled you are entitled to a 100% refund which will be sent to you within 10 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
